Courtney serves as a Program Manager, managing programs for Performance Guarantees and Employer Group Reporting, at Blue Cross of North Carolina. She’s worked at Blue Cross NC for 1 year and prior to Blue Cross NC she worked in various administration roles for Novant Health System for 7 years. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration and Masters of Business Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC while competing as a student athlete on the women’s basketball team. Courtney is a native of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and currently lives in Charlotte, NC. In her free time, she enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.
