Arif joined Blue Cross NC in May 2021 to serve as VP, Pharmacy Services. He has expertise across the health care continuum, from digital engagement to affordability and trend initiatives for health plans. Arif serves on various boards for the Blue Cross NC Foundation and coaches youth sports year-round.

He is a graduate of UNC at Chapel Hill and has been recognized with the Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s Rising Star Award and the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award. He is married with two children.
