Mitch Perry

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mitch joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC in 2012, most recently serving as the company’s Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer. He has nearly 30 years of broad financial leadership experience in the insurance and energy industries.

Mitch is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. He holds a BS degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
