Latisha Hamilton-Williams

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer

Latisha is a North Carolina native who joined Blue Cross NC from Bridgestone Americas, Inc., where she served as the Senior VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations. Prior to her position at Bridgestone, she worked at Amedisys, Inc. as Senior VP, Total Rewards. And prior to that worked at Blue Cross NC from 2004 until 2015 in roles including VP of HR Support Services and VP of Total Rewards and People Services.

Latisha holds a degree in accounting from North Carolina A&T State University.
