Listen, learn, and take action is a mantra I like to live by. It is more than a statement but a purpose that anchors me to finding ways to improve the lives of others, every chance I have. This passion led me to obtaining my master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and served me well throughout my career as I have had the opportunity to engage in a wide range of roles, always with a goal to improve the customer and employee experience, while achieving our organizational priorities.
After 25 years in the financial industry, with my last role leading Bank Member Experience at USAA, I made the transition to healthcare. This transition was intentional, as I wanted the opportunity as an I/O Psychologist (Behavioral Scientist) to lean into an area that has been underserved. Money and health are two stressors that the majority, if not all face, and our ability to leverage our talents to help advance and improve the healthcare journey is something that excites me.
Outside of work, I am the proud mom of six beautiful daughters and a wife to my husband of 17 years Sam. We love to be outdoors, exercise, and cook. You will find us most of the time on the soccer pitch however as soccer is a big part of our daily lives – either coaching or playing.
