Nishant serves as Manager, Digital Strategy at Blue Cross NC. He has been with the Blues for 16 years and has served in several positions and departments including Information Technology (IT), Corporate Strategy, PMO and Sales & Marketing. In his current role Nishant leads the Group Sales and Service technology strategy. In this role, he leads the digital initiatives in establishing and aligning Sales strategy roadmap, build and execute strategies for Group Sales and Employer Services, assisting Blue Cross employer groups to manage their Health Insurance online effectively. Nishant received his Bachelors in Engineering from India; he loves to travel, loves music, is an avid hiker and a diehard Tennis fan.
