Helpful Tips
If you can see the video, but can’t hear it:
- Make sure your device speakers or headphones are unmuted and your volume is turned up
- Make sure the video player isn’t muted, and that the volume slider is turned up
You can try testing your audio on another site like YouTube to confirm.
If you can’t see the video at all, or are having some other issue:
- Try to load the virtual event on a different device, like another computer or your phone or tablet.
- Open the event with the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari.
- If on a computer, try closing all other tabs and apps that could be slowing your device or connection down, or if that fails, reboot your computer.
