Laura Byas is the Director of Behavioral Health Case Management for BCBS NC. Her professional experience includes over 20 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as an operational leader. She led the first integrated behavioral health pilot for the largest non-profit health system in Texas and has implemented successful clinical initiatives, integrating behavioral health into primary care settings on a national scale. As a healthcare leader, Laura applies her experience to helping teams develop people and products that yield strong clinical and financial outcomes.
